Monday 10 and Under 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  11 and Up 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday 10 and Under 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  11 and Up 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Wednesday 10 and Under 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  11 and up 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Thursday 10 and under 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  11 and up 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Friday All Ages 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Note: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 until 8:00 we have only half of the pool, so please take this into consideration when planning which practices you will attend.

Note: If your child has any medical conditions or takes medication that could require stops during practice or meets please let one of the coaches know as soon as possible. This information will remain confidential.
